Lena and Annie McGinley are both fully qualified teachers, ODCRN, with Cumann Rince Náisiúnta, Dublin, Ireland. Lena is also a qualified adjudicator, ADCRN, in the organization. Dancers from the school have the opportunity to compete at local, national, and international feiseanna (Irish Dance competitions).

Over the years, McGinley dancers have been very successful in their competitive efforts. The school boasts many solo and team Regional, National, All Ireland, and World winners. In 2017, Brooke Reitze won the triple crown; the North American Open, the Irish Open, and the World Open Championship, Under 17! In 2012, Garrett Faust won the World Open Championship, Under 15. In 2013, the school’s dance drama, Aladdin, won the World Open Championship, Craobhacha Oscailte na Cruinne, and in 2018, McGinley won both the Under 15 and Over 15 World Titles for their freestyles!
